Mulpha’s preliminary vision for Mount Taurus includes the following features:

110 hectares or around 50 per cent open green space, including major sporting and recreation ovals, horse riding and bushwalking trails
Community facilities, including wellness hubs as well as sports and youth precincts
Kindergarten to Year 12 school as well as tertiary and continued education opportunities
Diverse housing options to respond to the diverse needs of a community; from first homebuyers to rural homesteads
A community that is energy and water positive and zero waste in operations
Over 740 local ongoing jobs across sectors such as retail, education, tourism and hospitality
Attractive investment opportunities and a strengthened local economy
An integrated extension of the village centre, serviced by pedestrian and cycle paths and providing boutique retail, including food, beverage and other services
Investment in urban and community agriculture
Tourism, event and function opportunities
Celebrating key view corridors to and from the Mount Taurus site
